I am a Mother's Day Weekend Bride...need some suggestions...

on how to recognize our mother's and all the mother's attending the wedding.

I was thinking of handing out roses to all the mothers..... I will have my Dj do something special...

Any other suggestions?

ETA:Just wanted to add that I LOVE MY MOM... she is sooooo special to me and I told her I LOVE HER TODAY!!

i went to a weddig this year on mothers day and the groom gave flowers to his MIL and his mother.
it was very sweet, becuase they had no idea.

Very sweet!...i like the flower idea..either a rose or if you know their favorite flower you can give them a small bouquet of their favorite flowers.

I am giving my mother and FH's aunt (his mother's sister...his mom is passed) a rose at mass. I am going to give the roses to them as on my way to leaving flowers at the statue of the Blessed Mother... thought that would be nice...

my fbil got married this past mother's day weekend and the bride and groom went to all the tables at the reception and handed each mother a red rose. the dj made an announcement and that's when they went around. it was very nice.

You can even get the personalized roses....hey write on the petals. Its beautiful!

I went to a large scale communion party on mothers day weekend (it was crazy how they went all out-but it was beautiful) ANYWAY, they gave out red roses to the mothers...and even me since I am a mommy to my pup

It was thoughtful and really made the ladies feel special. Everyone thought the hostess was thoughtful
