Good Asian Restaurant In or Near Garden City?

Hi everyone, does anyone know of a good asian (preferably chinese, thai or vietnamese) restaurant near or in the Garden City area?

I wanna use it for the rehearsal dinner. I'm not from the area so don't know... Thanks!

It's a combo chinese and japanese place but it's not that intimate

There is a Lemongrass nearer to Eisenhower Park on..... i think its Old Country Road (Thai). There is a good Chinese rest. called Empire Garden in New Hyde Park on Hillside Avenue. did you search Zagat? that might help too! good luck!

Shiro is popular but on the other side of Meadowbrook --- I never had the sushi there..just the hibachi.

I bartend at Nanking in New Hyde Park on Hillside Ave..

I don't know about their prices... but I have been to a shower there and it was great and theh have a nice private room.
