why must you bring in snacks to work?

my friends at work just come back to the office with about 10 wendy's frosty's for everyone. They are the small ones, but are still 7 points on weight watchers! Yesterday she puts chips out....
I cant take it anymore. I am being so good the last few weeks. Just want to lose 5 lbs in two weeks. Dont keep bringing food around me!!!!!!!!!!
UGH. Thanks. Vent over! Going to eat my low fat string cheese now.

My co-workers have been doing that lately. I go and grab a peach or an apple that I bring with me to work, so I can at least gab with everyone without putting the pounds on.

Bring your own...more healthy snacks. That way you are still eating something. I feel your pain my co-workers are always eating..they always bring in dounuts, cookies, etc.

oh i always have my own. Carrots, yogurt, cheese sticks, plus bringing my own lunch every day. I cant wait to pig out after the wedding!!!!!!!!

I agree. We have luncheons and breakfasts delivered and it's all crap, sugar, crabs, you name it...it's so hard

OMG, One of my clients brought me in a full thing of Munchkins - I looked at her and said 'My wedding is in 45 days!' So my boss is on a diet and he said 'I HATE that these are here. Why can't people bring fruit??' I said 'Can I throw them out for the birds?' He's like 'I'LL do it!' so he threw them all outside in the parking lot
