Re: Watermill Brides: Hotel??
i think im going to use the sheraton, its not too far, the bar/lobby area is pretty nice, and they have a shuttle for the guests.

Re: Watermill Brides: Hotel??
We booked the Holiday Inn Express $149.00 per night. They had the shuttle and we are renting a meeting room to drink in after the reception for $200.00We were going to go with the Marriott, the rooms were $109.00 per night but they did not have a shuttle. I looked into renting a private shuttle with numerous but they were very expensive and out of our budget.

Re: Watermill Brides: Hotel??
we're using Hilton Garden Inn on Vet's Hwy. i like their bar and they gave us a good rate.since when does the Watermill recommend the marriot? like as in they have transportation and stuff ? ( i may have to change my OOT guest hotel!)
ETA: i just got off the phone with them, and they said they recommend the Holiday Inn Express in Hauppaugue and Stonybrook, and the Sheraton in Hauppauge
but the only one that will provide transportation for your guests free is Holiday inn Hauppaugue, and you have to have a certain # of rooms blocked/booked, and they would have that info for you

Re: Watermill Brides: Hotel??
We used the Hoilday Inn Express mainly b/c they provided the shuttle to and from the hotel for any one that was staying there. The rooms are very clean and brand new.
