OMG: Just heard a young teenage girl was- Updated
kidnapped from 42nd and 8th tonight!!
Update: It appears to be an adult that was snatched off the street by her boyfriend. THe WOMAN was found safe at home and they are still looking for the boyfriend......

I saw it lastnight while I was driving home, on the southern the delay signs were displaying "child abduction green caravan" and a license plate number.

OMG!! can't believe it. it's nuts. but i partly feel like if every random abduction was taken so seriously (ie amber alerts), then maybe more kidnapped adults would be found before any more serious harm happened to them.

Unfortunatley they dont use alerts for adults b/c adults can pick up and leave at the drop of a hat without notice and that is their perogative. You ever watch that show Without a Trace. I know its a show but its a good view sometimes that adults just sometimes need a break and dont inform friends or family about their whereabouts causing panic. With kids I guess they view it differently which is warranted as well.
