TIP for new moms

I learned the HARD way so I figure Id pass this on


Let your baby fall asleep on their own. Try not to rock them to sleep every time or rub their back etc. I know we love to, but try not to every time.. because I now have two children and my first son at the age of five still has trouble going to bed unless I scratch his back

Sometimes it takes FOREVER and its just not possible with a baby screaming etc..
