NWR: Were you a Tom Boy or Girly Girl?

Growing up I was most definetly a tom boy. I hated dresses with a passion. I played basketball and volleyball! I enjoyed hanging with the guys. Didn't like to play dress up or anything my MOM hated it! Especially since she liked to dress us up in PINK dresses in family pictures!

Re: NWR: Were you a Tom Boy or Girly Girl?

When I was really young I was a girly girl...then around 8 or 9 I was a total tom boy..all my friends were boys and I played sports and hated to dress up in anything that was pink or required me to wear shoes and dresses!!!

Re: NWR: Were you a Tom Boy or Girly Girl?

I'm crashing also. When I was 3, mom thought if she shaved my head, my hair would grow in thicker. So while, technically, I wasn't ever a tomboy, I did once look like an actual boy. It didn't help that sometimes I wore my brothers hand me down t'shirts.

Re: NWR: Were you a Tom Boy or Girly Girl?

I was a complete tomboy until about 14. I grew up with 2 older brothers so...they turned me into one.
Angelo always says that tomboys grow up to be big girlygirls and hot but with an attitude.

Re: NWR: Were you a Tom Boy or Girly Girl?

tomboy-- pretty much until i was like 16ish and then i became pretty girly (not like pink clothes and stuff) but MAC make up, coach bags, guess clothes, etc. i started getting my hair done at salons and making sure i always had girly shoes on, tighter clothes, got my nails and eyebrows done, etc. stuff like that

Re: NWR: Were you a Tom Boy or Girly Girl?

I am still a tomboy, but with a more girly look...haha.

Grew up with 2 older brothers & a guy for a best friend...so i played football with them, worked on cars, had a Matchbox car collection and only one Barbie to my name. Looked more like a boy up until 8th grade.

Played Field Hockey in highschool, but thank god had great girlfriends who helped me get the makeup & clothes better.

As an adult I take Tae Kwon Do, have a motorcylce, and am a pretty darn good shot with a gun! So that's the residual tomboy in me.

But I am a self sufficient women who can change my own oil, tires & knows more about cars than FH and can kick some a$$, so wouldn't trade it for all the designer clothes in the world! haha
