Anyone know of any townhouses in Suffolk??
I love my apartment and so does FH but the idea of renting no longer appeals to me, especially with the wedding in less than 53 days and us thinking about starting a family...We were thinking of Western Suffolk but will consider others. Can anyone help?

There are some really pretty townhomes going up in Sayville right now. I think Prudential is handling it...I will see what I can dig up on them!

Re: Anyone know of any townhouses in Suffolk??
We live in the Park Row Town Houses in Central Islip and love EVERY second!!!! They were VERY affordable compared to other 'houses' on LI, as are the common charges (we pay 177/month).I've written about them before. It's everything we need! And they're relatively new (1993 or later). They're right off the SSP and about a 5 minute drive from the LIE.
We truly feel like God placed them there for us... we love the community! VERY safe, nice and clean!
