NWR: Whats for lunch?

Lil change of topic on the boards.

I brought a whole wheat turkey breast and Laughing cow cheese sandwich for lunch today.

Its only ten here and I have not even eaten breakfast!

Went spanish style today- Arroz con pollo. Guava juice! Flan on the side!

I've been doing that. I wwnt grocery shopping with my dad the other day and I picked up food I can bring to work with me.

Healthy yogurt and cereal for breakfast.

Wheat bread, and low sodium, low cal. sandwich items and a couple Lean cuisine meals.

I started eating breakfast at home and what a saving Not only do I not use money then, but also not tempted to eat my favorite -- SAUSAGE, EGG & CHEESE ON A ROLL every morning

mmm....salad day at my firm dining room. Mon and Tues are my favorite days because they have a huge salad bar and you pick everything you want in it and they toss it up for you.

What does the Jenny Craig diet entail? Do you have to buy their food?

i think I want a grilled chicken sand today (and everyday haha FH and I dont eat meat so chicken is the only thing we eat!! )

Probably grilled chicken & veggies or a salad.
I need to start bringing my lunch - # 1 - I would save LOT OF $$$ & # 2 - healthier .... the deli in my building is horrible & I usually get sick on the food but there is no where else to eat b/c I work in Long Island City.


on that note...i need a new job!!!!

I will be having a salad. I really love salads, so it's not even about eating healthy, although that's a nice benefit!

Tuna on whole wheat, a bottle of water, an apple and a dill pickle.

FH makes the BEST tuna... he uses a little mayo, some fat free sour cream and some dijon mustard for the dressing. YUM!


Of course I would RATHER have a slice of pizza..
