in rocky point... is it true that they don't let you take pictures there?

I got a BM dress there in 2004 and they let us take as many pictures as we wanted.

I did have a problem with my alterations though there. The whole experience was wonderful until the last fitting.

most places will not let you take photos until you purchase them..but actually when I went they encouraged you to take photos, so you can absorb it all later and review what you tried on.

They might not let you take pictures until you purchase the dresses

no I did not purchase any of them and they allowed the photos.

Hi I am going to be using them they are GREAT ~ I deal with Caroline... And yes they let you take pictures! They are all for it!

I went and loved them, took lots of pictures. The only reason I am not buying through them is because they are not an authorized dealer for AA and it will take them 2x as long to get my dress in then an authorized dealer.

There has been so much confusion about this. I went shopping a year ago there. They told me NO PICS. Fine, then after I had ordered my dress they allowed me to take pics. Then they told my FSIL their policy changed and she COULD take pics before purchasing but when I was there for my seoncd fitting last week with Caroline, there were signs up that said NO DIGITAL CAMERA PICS OR CAMERA PHONE PICS so I don't know what the heck is up with their policies. I would say to just call them and ask.

NOT true at all. I'm a Fantasia Bride and my MOH took pictures of me there. The ladies at Fantasia are so amazing and very helpful. They even took a picture of My MOH and I together trying on gowns.

I can not tell you the amount of photos i took when trying on dresses.. and actually i showed up 1/2 hr before closeing (didnt know close time) and they kept bringing me dresses and saying to take a pic... dresses are allover the internet no reason you shouldnt be able to take pics.. my mom went nuts, i probably have more pics of trying on dresses than i will on my wedding day! also, the girls there are awesome!! LOVE them all!

ETA: they let me take pics knowing i was torn between a dress there and another dress in another shop, so they knew i might not buy there!

my neice got her flower girl dress from them. paid for; went to try it on yesterday and my sis-in-law told me they wouldn't allow pics. she saw that sign that says it isn't allowed... i don't know if she actually asked or tried though. i did not purchase my dress from them but i have my first fitting there sept 2 ( ) so i guess i will find out for sure. i am going to tell my mom just to take the pics and see what happens, lol i mean - i am paying them for the alterations and all i want is pics of ME in MY dress - not of anything else, so i don't get why it's a big deal.
