Limo/Party Bus Question

My FH and I are trying to figure out how the limo/party bus situation is going to work and I was hoping you ladies might be able to help. We are looking for a cost efficient yet sufficient way to organize this.

Our ceremony will be at 2:00 in a church about 15 min. from my house. I will be getting ready there and my FH will be going to a hotel to get ready with his groomsmen.

FH wants a party bus so I figured we could have the bus meet him and his guys at the hotel and take them to the church then have the bus pick up my girls from the house and take them. I will be in a limo with my mom and dad right behind the girls.

Now after the church I want the limo to take my parents home and me and FH hop on the party bus with everyone (make sense? or should or should we be alone in a limo since we did just get married!?)

After the church we will be going for photos so everyone will be together on the bus and right after photos we can go to the hall and release the bus. Now my parents could use the limo from the church to take them home and then again to meet us at the hall with whatever family doesn't have a ride.

After the party I wanted a limo to take me and my family back home with whoever else needs a ride (we live about 30 min. from the hall)

Do we need to have the limo to wait for us while we're having the reception? Is there another way of going about doing this that isn't so confusing?

I have a limo and a party bus. I have the limo picking up me, my parents and the girls from my house. The bus is picking up the guys. After the church me, fh and the wedding party are going in the bus. My parents, grandparents and flower girls are going in the limo. We are all going for pictures since I want pictures with everyone in them. After the ceremony we are staying at the hotel at the hall so I am not sure about the ride home. Just talk to the limo companies they can give you a price for everything you want. Good Luck!!

We're having a 40 passenger limo bus and a Excalibur limo.

The bus and excalibur will come to my house, the girls will leave in the bus and go pick up the guys, FH and FIL's. I will leave my house in the excalibur about 15 minutes after the bus leaves so we all get to church aroud the same time.

After church, FH and I will get in the excalibur and everyone else in the bus. We will go and take pictures. After pictures, we are releasing the excalibur and we'll join the party on the bus and head to Floral Terrace.

Our limo company is sending a limo back to pick us up after the reception.

i'm thinking i'm just going to get one hummer or escalade. Have it make 2 trips to the church- one for the boys and then one for the girls and me and dad. Then after the ceremony DH and i will go with the wedding party to the reception hall. I know we're supposed to be alone after the ceremony, but i don't want to miss out one the fun things that are going on in the limo.

Have another limo pick you up after the reception...it's cheaper.

I think you should ride in the limo bus with everyone else after the ceremony...it's more fun that way.
