NWR : i need a good bank

does anyone know of any banks that dont do credit checks?
i have been to 2 banks and they all have turned me down

For a checking account? They did a credit check? My credit was LOUSY when I first got my Cititbank account about 15 years ago... and I do mean LOUSY.... it seems weird because you aren't opening an unsecured line of credit... you are opening a bank account?

i actually went to citi bank and they also turned me down
i need a checking account

never heard of any bank doing a credit card check, try Washington Mutual.

I dont think HSBC is very strict, I dont recall having a credit check run....and I am pretty sure they have several options, like if one of you is currently a student, etc.

washington does do credit checks
but i will call commerce and hsbc
