if it makes you feel any better I put on 5 lbs in a week...

btw stress and partying....5 lbs...

I dont want to eat for a week....AND my jeans are too tight...so I wore fat clothes today. and the president of the company came to work...on a day I wore fat clothes..

see things could be worse...you could have been wearing fat clothes like me. HAHA

no on a serious note... i say go have a shot of something tasty...maybe have a glass or two of wine...and just laugh off the stress.

we are here to listen...vent all you want.

definitely could go for a margarita. It's days like this I RESENT my gym appointment.

And regarding the 'fat clothes' comment... I'm NOT going to Weight Watchers today because I don't want to face the consequences of not being so 'good' last week. I have to work my butt off this week to make up for it!
