Strapless Corset Brides-bra issue
I need to buy a bra for my fitting -since it's a corset didn't know if I should go with strapless bra or get the cups built in to the dress?advice from brides who wore corset dresses which is more comfortable -don't want wires sticking me in the ribs all night

Re: Strapless Corset Brides-bra issue
I would suggest having cups built into your dress...I highly recommend Mary Corsettiere's (my family owns it). Especially with a corset dress you don't need a strapless bra, but with the added cups into your dress it will give you that extra little umphf you probably would like!

I was going to have cups built in but at the last minute I decided to wear a good low back strapless bra.

Re: Strapless Corset Brides-bra issue
I just had cups sewn into my dress. They can pull the corset as tight as you need it and it was perfectly supportive for me

Re: Strapless Corset Brides-bra issue
I had cups sewn into my dress too, and feel it is by far the most comfortable option. Unless you're REALLY endowed on top, it should be comfortable and offer enough support.Another thing, my friend spent $$$ on a long-line strapless corset, and went for her fitting for her bridal gown for her wedding, and it was too high in the back, you could totally see it sticking out of her dress. So, she wasted lots of $$ and ended up not wearing one. Just FYI!

Dont go with the Bra---then you have to try to keep two things, 1st time I wore nothing...go bare or cups....
