HELP! No one told me this happened if I waxed!
I waxed my arms and legs on August 19th, first time.
For the past week, I have like a gazillion pimples all over my upper arm. I was going to wax my back but now I can't because I'm afraid of breaking out. My dress is sleeveless. What am I going to do?

Go out abd buy some baby oil or something preferable to it and just rub it over the areas affected. Within a day the xswelling will die down.
If you wax again, as soon as you finish, rub oil on the areas you waxed!!!!!!!

since its so close to your wedding i would try to make an appt with a dermatologist. . .just to make sure it goes away in time!

they make this stuff to help with irritation from waxing, I think its called bikini zone, and I think that there are some others that are like it. Are you talking about your underarms or your whole arms?

Just my upper arms. Will Bikini Zone help?
Anyone else? There are so many little red pimples, I could play connect the dots on my upper arm. Worse comes to worse, I"ll have to have Oksana use concealer.

It did for me. I got my legs and bikini waxed at 4pm, put the oil on when I got home, and by the time I went to bed, the swelling had died down, and then by morning it was all but gone.

I would try it... besides you still have a few days, it could definitely go away by then. Are they actually pimples or just bumps?
ETA: I didn't have the best reaction to waxing either. I have been using Nair now, it is much better.

It should! Try it for about 6 hours and if you see no change, try the suggestions the other girls suggested on here.

The same exact thing happened to me when i got my eyebrows waxed for the first time 2 months ago. Within a day or two, i broke out in pimples everywhere the wax was (under my eyebrows, above them, and in the middle of them). It was awful. So i feel your pain!

This used to happen to me with my eyebrows but I asked them to stop putting on that oil afterwards and they switched to some cream and it worked. I think it was just too irritating to raw skin.

tendskin is the best product....it comes in a blu bottle. I used to get the red pimples when i went for my bikini....but my wax lady told me to purchase it....and it works!

SOMEtimes your hair follicles get burned and you get bumps. It happened to me  Go to your dermo ASAP and see what he/she can do for you...

I get that from the cream they put on after, one time I had a whole mustache of zits! that was very attractive! I had a HUGE pimple on my upper arm for my brother's wedding and the makeup artist did airbrush makeup on it and it was fine. Don't do your back, you'll have a veil on, no one is looking.

After getting waxed i used
"tend skin" it is in beauty supply stores gets rid of bumps and ingrown hairs
it is in a dark pretty blue bottle
