I'm blanking out -- When do I book HM? Need Suggestion on US HM Destination

I have 6 months 1 week 1 day to book the honeymoon.

I can't leave the country ---- please suggest a U.S. Honymoon location for March 07. Not anywhere cold.

You can book it now, anywhere from a year in advance....I would start looking into booking now to lock in prices.

You can defiantly do it now

I just booked mine today for a May wedding

Sometimes you get early booking specials also

I think you get better deals sometimes closer to the wedding but 6 months is good to start looking into it. I'm hoping to book around Christmas for our early May HM.

How about Florida: you coudl do the keys, miami, south beach, palm beach, etc... and if you want the toursity thing, there's always disney!

san francisco is awesome, but will be chilly in March.
San Diego is beautiful in March

Hilton Head, SC

Something on the gulf coast... Texas, New Orleans (the toursity areas are getting back into the swing of things)

What about Lake Havesu (sp?) or Lake Powell, Grand Canyon, Vegas...not sure what you guys are into...I would definitely steer clear of places like South Beach and South Padre Island b/c that is Spring Break time.

Lake Tahoe, Disney, Niagara Falls, Vegas are all great locations.

I would start looking into it now.

I would suggest CA, you can do pretty much anything there.. maybe a couple days in San Diego, then head up north towards LA, and even Santa barbara if you wantd too... its very young in san diego, good night-life; la can be expensive, but is obviously a huge night-life... but theres also disneyland & california adventure if you want amusement park things, theres the beach, you could venture into the mountains... lots of options. good luck.

what about Sedona, AZ...My FILs went last spring. They said it was warm, but not humid, lots to do, and romantic.

my favorite place - the florida keys. . . it is like a tropical island

all FH and I said the whole time was 'i cant believe we are still in the US'

i even got drunk one night and started babbling about how we had to change our money over. . . .bc all we had left was US money!!!

FM if you would like more info but its really great there!

Disney, Hawaii, San Fran/San Diego/Catalina Island, CA. Las Vegas, Hilton Head Island, Myrtle Beach... That's pretty much all I can think of in the US! HTH!!
