Help! What exactly happens, picture wise, the morning of the wedding (re: hair, make up, getting dressed)?

What's the order of everything?

My photographer just told me that he will get there 2 hours before (11am) my ceremony (1pm) to take pics. He told me to have my hair person get there 2 hours before that (9 am). Where does make up fit into that equation? Where does getting DRESSED go?

9am - Hair
11am - photographer
12:45 - limos
1pm - ceremony

Ask your makeup person what time they need to arrive in order to be finished at the time you need to leave/get dressed. If they've done thsi before, they can answer your question with precision. The girls who did our hair and makeup were within 30 of our leave time [done early]....these people know what they're doing.

I'm having my hair done at 9:30, makeup at 11, the girls will by at my house by 12 if not earlier, photographer at 1 and church is at 3. Get in touch with your makeup person and she'll help figure it out.

One question, if hair & makeup happen before photographer arrives, how would pics getting hair & makeup done really happen?

i'm perplexed about it all too. i have my hair/makeup trial sat so i will speak with my hair and makeup girls and see what time they need to come to the house to get us all done in time for the limos (1pm). and i'm trying to get in touch with my photographer to set up a final appt and i'll see his opinion on it all. they're the professionals so hopefully they can tell me!

My photographer said that for a 3pm wedding he would like to get to me by noon or 12:15pm. I'm assuming we would leave for the ceremony at about 2:30 or 2:45pm. Photographer would first stop by FH to do some shots with him first.
