Indoor Photo Locations - S. shore Suffolk??

I've seen threads on this before (Thank you, Betsy!) but I'm wondering if anyone knows of a good place to take indoor photos on south shore Suffolk?
We're near Sayville/Bayport and would love to have shots of the Bay, and we don't think Bayard will allow us inside if it rains. We need to keep all options open! Can anyone help??

I dont think it is on the water but you can try Holtsville Ecology Center. They do have a pretty site for indoor pictures. It is small but very pretty.

If you know anyone, or are yourself an alumni of Dowling College in Oakdale, they are across the river from the arboretum and have some beautiful parts inside the mansion.

One of my best friends got her MBA from Dowling this year....do we need to be relatives in order to access the mansions?

Officially I think the arboretum is in Oakdale. Mary at the arboretum is super-nice, but yesterday when I went to pay for the permit I had the wrong checkbook (long story!).....They don't let you take photos inside, but I'm praying for nice weather next weekend...
