Fall engagment pictures

Is anybody thinking of taking their engagment pictures during the Fall? Any suggestions on places to go??

We'll (hopefully) be taking our e-pictures sometime in November. We live in Manhattan, so we're taking pix here, so I'm not sure if that's of any help to you, but our top contenders are:
South Street Seaport
Brooklyn Bridge
South Ferry (coming in from SI at night with Manhattan as the backdrop will be gorgeous!)
Central Park

I took mine in nov at the roslyn duck pond and they came out amazing-just the colors and scenery-so pretty

im thinking of taking mine at the planting fields in syosset (i think syosset).
i LOVE fall foliage!

we took ours in october - we went to Northport Harbor and Sunken meadow beach.

we're holding out for fall...even though beach pictures would've been nice with our theme...oh well..we're considering taking pictures at the Planting Fields Arboretum in Oyster Bay but probably not because that's where we're taking our pictures the day of the wedding...maybe i'll drag my photographer to queens to fort totten...you can stand on the rocks over there and have a gorgeous backdrop of the throggs neck bridge..i'm not sure if we'll be able to take pictures near the actual fort but if we can that'll be cool...if not there's a long stretch of road along the water where we can walk

or we're going to go to Fort Tryon park..where the Cloisters are

We are getting ours done in the fall. We are planning on having them taken in Central Park.

We are going to take ours in the fall also but I have no idea where...hopefully our photographer will have a nice place!
