Fall table number ideas...UPDATED WITH PIC

FH and I were going with one idea, but it got scratched b/c it took too muh time. Anyone have any cute table number ideas?? I was thinking of maybe printing the # on a leaf or something. Still not too sure though. I could use ideas!

UPDATES: Do after walking around AC Moore for about 30 minutes trying to brainstorm a table number idea, this is what I came up with. They are wood pumpkins that I spray painted orange hot glued to a small black piece of wood (that is supposed to be painted as a football, but who can tell? It looks like an oval). Then I stencilled the number onto the pumpkin with black spray paint (on both sides). The only thing that's missing is that the stem will be green. What do you think?

I like the pumpkin idea! What about carving the number out of the pumpkin & lighting it? You would want something big so people can easily see it. These are mine:

I was thinking of pumpkins but I am afraid that they will take away from the CP becuase they will have to be a good size

Hmmm.... good point... What if you do a good size leaf, paint the number on it and then frame it so that the guests can see it better? I normally don't like frames for table numbers because I think they can often hide your centerpiece, but maybe you can even find leaf shaped frames??

I too tried to think of a unique way to number my tables. Instead of numbering the tables, I'm going to name the tables after different types of trees (a fitting idea since my groom is a forester!) You could use names of anything you like--flowers, musical groups, cars, activites. The card on the table will be a simple folded card, but with a light background of a tree and the tree name. It's different and easy to make. Also it's fun to come up with the names with the fiancee! Good luck!

i dunno if anyone is interested in wine themes but im naming each table after a wine. which are the favors and place card holders..

I was thinking the same thing for myself, I am doing a fall theme so I am going to do table names along with numbers. The cards will have the number but when the guest go to the table they will see both

i'm using pictures.

i'm going to take silk fall leaves out to the back yard. then i'm going to place the leaves in the shape of a number. take a picture of it. print it 8x10, and put it on a table number holder.
