I know this has been posted before, but I really need help.

Where do I go to change my name w/ the Social Security office? Thanks!

Another question: where is the office in or around Commack? I did an online search and the only offices comming up are upstate.

You have to locate a Social Security Office near you and go there with your Marriage license or you can mail it there with the 'original certificate'.
