Candy Bars and Wrappers

Does anyone know how to make like personalized candy bar wrappers?
Im going to do candy bars as my place cards and my cousin said she would do them for me (then tells me its $2 EACH one).
Im thinking I can at least try it myself.
Or anyone know where I can order the wrappers and then I can always go to like Costco and get the candy bars right??

I do them and I have charged but FM me and I can tell you how to do it yourself.
