Just Booked!

I just booked my Band! Hoorah!

My FH and I are both musicians and have professional musicians in our families, so we knew right away that music would be the first thing we worried about. He actually proposed and then took me to a jazz concert, so we thought a jazz band would be perfect, especially because we're having mostly family and such at our wedding and people of all ages would really be able to enjoy it.

And we found this *amazing* band in New York called Lapis Luna - www.lapisluna.com. After hearing them, I thought for sure they'd be out of my price range but they were actually *more* reasonable than most other live bands I heard.

I'm soooo excited!

What's everyone else using for their music?

YAY! I'm a musician too and that 's the one thing i was bridezilla about....

We booked a great band called Good Clean Fun (more reasonable than i ever thought a band would be!) they play the Irish music I want at my wedding, but also do a little of everything! Friends that are professional musicians are doing the Music at my Mass: organ and choral... so psyched!!!

Congratulations!! That's awesome!

FH and I LOVE live music. Booking a band was really important to us. We're using MGM-they are an amazing Italian American band. We needed to hire an Italian American band bc of our backgrounds and new we wanted our band even before we booked our hall.
