garter toss question...
so you get a set with both garters. the one you keep and the thinner one that you toss. the thicker one is prettier... do you wear both and then he just pulls off the thinner one to toss? or do you just wear the thinner one and leave the thicker one at home? also, any of you have REALLY shy FH's, but you really wanna do the whole garter thing? what are you doing about this? my sister thinks i should sit FH in a chair, dance my way up to him, put my leg on his lap, for him to slip the garter off. that way there's no chance of embarrassment for him - only me, lol

Re: garter toss question...
DH didn't take the garter off of my leg, we just had the toss garter on the cake table, and tossed it.
You wear the thicker one on your leg, and keep the toss garter in FH's pocket or somewhere near you during the reception.

Re: garter toss question...
You could wear both on one leg. Wear the thicker one up higher and put the thinnner one lower so he sees/grabs that one first.

Re: garter toss question...
you don't have to do the garter toss if your FH is uncomfortable, we didn't do one!
