anyone know of an apartment?

Hi ladies,

It is 16 days before our wedding! As many of you know, FH relocated to NY 2 months ago. His friend came with him to try to get a job in NY and make the move here as well. He got a great job in Mineola about a month ago. He is still living in our 'office' at the apartment that I am going to move into with FH in 16 days! Our bedroom and living room furniture is going to be delivered next weekend and there's no way FH's friend's stuff can still be there for that to happen. The weekend after that is the WEDDING!!!!

He's on craigslist everyday looking for something. I thought I'd post here so in case anyone knew of any apartments in the Mineola, Queens or NYC area that you could help me out and alleviate some of my bride-stress! He doesn't care about reverse commuting to Mineola from NYC. And at this point, he just needs to LEAVE! He's a great guy, responsible, hard worker, an engineer and quiet, but we don't need a roommate the night of our wedding.

I'm sure you can understand.... FM me if you know of anything or can help or have the # of an apt. complex with a vacancy or something.... I'm going crazy doing a million things and finding him an apt. is the last thing I want to be doing, but someone needs to take initiatve here!!

Sorry, I dont. Even though its a hassle, and extra $, a realtor will get you one quick.

Maybe he can check the pennysavers in the area where he is looking. They usually have a lot of listings and no fees. Good luck!

that stinks my coworker just rented her basement apt in mineola the beggining of sept, and they had such a hard time finding anyone!!

Call Fairhaven Apartments in Mineola. They did have a couple vacancies coming up as of two weeks ago. Townhouse Apartments in Mineola did as well.

Google them, and their phone numbers will come up!

i know of one realty that's pretty good in queens - they've usually got cheap apts b/c they deal with in the chinse community. try calling WFI Realty at 718-672-6200~ hope that helps~
