Please proof read my menu

just to be sure before I print. If you have any suggestions, please let me know.

I'll be printing the menu on 8 1/2 X 11 pice of paper with a fall/leaf border

Menu

Appetizer
Tropical California Salad

Main Entree (choice of 6)
Prime Rib
Herb Crusted Rib of Beef in it’s own juices with a touch of rosemary

Chicken a la Principessa
Boneless breast of chicken simmered with fresh herbs topped with fresh asparagus, sliced vine ripened tomatoes and fresh mozzarella in a chardonnay sauce

Veal Scallopine a la Mona Lisa
Veal medallions stuffed with sherry wine and herbs, topped with tomatoes, mozzarella, and roasted red peppers

Stuffed Shrimp
Filled with crabmeat and horseradish sauce

Penne Venezia
Fresh asparagus, sundried tomatoes, shrimp, and scallops topped with a carbonara sauce

Vegetable Platters
A fine array of fresh grilled seasonal vegetables

Dessert
Wedding Cake
Italian Pastries on each table
Deluxe Chocolate Fondue Fountain

Yes, she's right above. I don't notice anything else, but I'm not sure how to spell all the dishes. That's up to you!

Should you say choice of six or choice of one from the following?

You could probably go either way.

You could probably go either way.



I had 'choice of six' and my mother made me take it off. She said that it makes people think that they get all 6 dinners. DUH! Sometimes I wonder where she gets her hair brain ideas from.

You can just write (Guest's Choice or Your Choice or Please Choose One)

Also, in addition to the 'its', would it be 'Herb Crusted' or Herb Encrusted'? I think I usually see both...

FYI... my reception site wanted to see a copy of my menu before I had them printed, and will not let them be given out if there are any mistakes! (even though I'm paying for them!). You may just want to make sure that's not the case with your place, too!

Thanks for the tip! I'll have to check with the hall before I print all of them. (even though they had a typo in the menu that they gave FH and I to chose from)
