BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE Party
Both FH and I were thinking of doing a bachelor and bachelorette party together with the bridal party.Maybe going to Foxwoods for the night. Neither of us want individual parties. What is everyone else doing!

FH and I were thinking about doing the same thing so no one feels uncomfortable with a stripper or club thing. We were thinking about taking the ferry over to Conn. to the casino or going to a show in Atlantic City. Maybe a comedy show or something

Yknow...I like that idea..of having both parties held the same night together. My BM's and MOH were going to plan for us to go to atlantic city..while FH has nothing planned
..so maybe a gathering were we all hang out would be nice. thank gals!

That's exactly what we were thinking of doing. I like the idea of going out with all of our friends since we are very close with each other's friends and a lot will be in from out of state just for that weekend.

Re: BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE Party
FH and I have 2 kids - so a joint party is completely out of the question! And honestly I don't want a single party for both of us together.. in my mind it kind of defeats the 'last big night out as a single girl' ideal.
Plus.. we have lived together for the past five years and as much as I adore him, it will be nice to spend some time unglued from each other's hips! I think it will make us happier to see each other!
Anyway... FH's best man will be planning some obnoxious stuff. I think they may do Paintball and perhaps take an overnight trip to Atlantic City or something. There WILL be strippers - but whatever.
My girls and I will likely spend the night at Mohegan Sun gambling, drinking and having a good time on the weekend before or after his.

i'm pretty much in the same situation as u minus the kids. but we have been together for 8 years, so i really don't care if goes to a strip club. me and my girls will probably either go to ac or the hamptons for a night and maybe we'll have strippers too.

Re: BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE Party
We did a joint one. Friday night all of us went to dinner at Carmines and then on Saturday we did a wine tour. It was a lot of fun. Everyone had a great time.

Re: BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE Party
i think a joint party is nice but fh's friends were bummed w/ the idea b/c they really wanted to just take fh out and have a guy's dinner.... they think it's like a guy's right or something - kind of immature - drive me nuts
