Help me choose my Bridesmaids dress! - New Choices!! (a little long)

Ok, I need your help again girls! I am so confused!! Yesterday I posted the dress I thought I always wanted for my Bridemaids. Last night my sister (MOH) and I went to a bridal shop to look at the taupe and cinnamon colors in person. Well they happened to have only one dress in the Bill Levkoff cinnamon color. It was somone's actual dress So she had to go downstairs and get it (obviously we could not try it on). Meanwhile my MOH found a diffrent BM dress and pulled it off saying how much she liked it. I also really liked it (it was in taupe). The girl comes up with the cinnamon dress and it is the same dress my MOH just pulled off the shelf in cinnamon! It seemed like it was calling to me. So I said to my MOH 'You HAVE to try this dress on!' We both absolutely LOVED it!! Now the dilema is that it is a little more pricey than the original dress and I am not sure which one to choose! Which dress do you girls like better? The dress with the sash is the original dress and the dress with the beading is the new dress we love.

I would also like to mention that the beading and embroidery on the new dress matches my dress!

hmm - i think that if the second dress matches your dress, you should probably go with the other one. you will obviously stand out regardless b/c you're the bride, but i think that your dress should be unique (ie unlike anyone else's dress) that day.

I think it will still stand out since my dress has so much more embroidery. What do you think?

Why don't you have your MOH wear the dress with the beading and the rest of your girls wear the one with the sash?

the second dress is too close to your gown, therefore I would have to vote for #1, you dont want your BP to look like you...

I absolutely love the 2nd (new) dress!! My sister tried it on and it looked fantastic on her.


ETA - the main reason we didn't choose that dress was the cost - it was a little more than I wanted to make them spend.

i love love love the 2nd dress. i was alays a fan of the first one. but i've never seen the 2nd one before.

I have always loved the first one also, but when my sister tried on the second one, she could not stop smiling and we both loved it. It looks even nicer in person! I am so confused!!

It is true though that the second one might take away from my dress. Especially since the cinnamon color would have some silver beading so it really stands out...

I like the 2nd one because i see so many people with the dresses with the sashes and I think the 2nd one is a little different then that and I think you will still stand out no matter what you pick!!!!

While I like the idea of the beading, etc matching your dress I still really like the 1st one!

ETA: After looking at your dress I think that the first one coordinates with your dress yet is still different enough.
I know someone suggested it already but you could have your MOH wear one and your BM wear the other dress?

I am a little biased because my bridesmaids are wearing the 1st one. I actually tried on both and I felt that if you have bridesmaids of all sizes that the first one was more forgiving than the second. I, as well as a couple of my bridesmaids have some junk in the trunk and the second one really showed it off!!!

Christina your dress is beautiful!
I would have your sister wear the dress she likes in the same color as the other bridesmaids. That way she will stand out and you mom will be happy she won't have a different color sash!

i actually like the fact that the 2nd matches your dress a little! But as a whole, i like #1 better...

I am concerned with the price also. And I am also concerned with the silver beading on the cinnamon dress. It looked nice yesterday when we saw it, but I am nervous I might end up not liking it when there are 8 of them lined up!
