Songs to walk down the aisle to...

Anyone walking down the aisle to a song with words? Or having your bridal party walk down to words? I am hiring a singer/guitarist duo for my ceremony and ch, I would really like her to sing something nice. SO far all I can think of is 'In My Life' from the Beatles (or John Lennon...can't remember if its just him or not)

Any other ideas?

we're debating it...but may use 'All I ask of You' from Phantom of the Opera for either processional or for my song walking down the aisle

Re: Songs to walk down the aisle to...

Everyone is walking in to All You Need is Love by the Beatles. Me, mom, & dad to the beginning and instrumental of Bittersweet Symphony by the verve, and then everyone leaves to God only Knows by the Beach Boys.

Hope that helps!

Re: Songs to walk down the aisle to...

I will be coming down to the traditional wedding song. BP will come down to Kenny Lattimore-
'For You'.

Re: Songs to walk down the aisle to...

My dream was to have the BP walk down to 'In My Life' - Beatles, and then I'd walk down to 'Here There and Everywhere' by the Beatles. But...I'm getting married in a church and they of course want secular music.
