FH's Step dad does this stuff all the time.. it is sooo bad. He can't stand when they call at dinner time.

What I usually do.. I keep asking them to hold on, put them on hold, then never pick up. One guy kept calling back and I kept asking him to hold on. He did it about 3 times.. but he never called back again!
