Fat Flush Diet??

Has anyone ever done the Fat Flush diet?
A coworker of my mother is on this diet and has lost a ton of weight. My mother and I were going to do it. My wedding is only two months away! Just curious is any of you girls have done it.

I don't know much about it but my brother and sister in law did it and were very happy with the results.
