How far in advance of my wedding should I register?
I'm afraid of registering too early b/c I don't want anything I register for to become discontinued or otherwise unavailable. If my wedding is next November, should I wait until like the early spring?

Re: How far in advance of my wedding should I register?
We got engaged last September and registered a couple of weeks later (mostly b/c family wanted to know where we were registered so they can send us a gift)...we also ended up gettng alot of stuff from out registery as x-mas gifts. Unless ppl are asking you about it I would wait til after the holidays

I would wait till early spring. They usally say 6-9 months before your wedding to register.

We already registered b/c family wanted to give us gifts and we had an e-party...but I have had some of my things become discontinued and it is a pain-so I would probably wait
