I ACTUALLY WANT TO LOOK FOR GOWNS, I READ THROUGH POST TO LOOK AT DAVID S
BRIDAL, CAN ANYONE TELL ME ANY OTHER PLACES, EITHER IN NYC OR LONG ISLAND

Lillette's in Baldwin is great - the only store i went to. They actually let you look at the gowns on the rack - i heard other places dont let you do that

i say lillettes- they are so sweet there & helpful. their gowns are so reasonable!! i'm ordering my dress there next year

I got the bridesmaid dresses at Helens Bout. in Commack...and the people were nice there...good prices... I didnt think their selection of gowns was huge, although I didnt look through them all since I had my gown already...

I DO NOT recommend Adriennes...read my review and do a search too : )

They were great. I also highly recommend Phyllis at Bridal Elegance, however she does not have a huge selection. But her prices are great!

Kleinfeld's - NYC
Lillette's - Baldwin
Paradise Bridal - Patchogue

These are all the places I went. I ultimately got my dress at Kleinfeld's, but I had great experiences at Lillette's and Paradise Bridal.

I went to macys bridal salon.. my sister got her dress there 6 yrs ago and had no problems they were great with alterations as well. very reasonablly priced and you can always talk them down. i ordered my dress and my moms health got worse so i wanted my dress to come in sooner so in case of something was to happen, there getting it in so quick no problem...

Bridal Suite of Bayshore was great. They are on Main Street in Bayshore.

I loved RK Bridal. I went on a Sunday and it was not as crowded. However, I don't know if they still open on Sundays.

I just started looking and so far I had the best experience at Lidia's in Copaigue...Paradise Bridal in Patchogue had a large, really nice selection too. The only thing that stinks about that place is what's with the fitting rooms? I have hall closets bigger than that! It's so cramped!

If you like Demetrios dresses, I highly recommend Macy's Bridal Salon by Demetrios in Smithhaven Mall. I went to the Manhasset one originally and they were so unhelpful and they made me feel like I was imposing on them to help me.

I love the one in Lake Grove at Smithhaven Mall and highly recommend them.
