FYI: This may sound like a strange place for jewelry but...

check out your Hallmark store. I know! I was at the one today in Rockville Centre to get thank you cards and they have a case of beautiful inexpensive jewelry. I was completely shocked at how nice some of the pieces were. They had a beautiful chandellier necklace and matching earrings. I would say about $50 total.
