Haven't started and don't plan to. Every year for the past I don't know how many years I've been the one in my family to do major shopping, spending major money. Everyone's getting a card and well wishes this year. Only my mom and my brother will be actual recipients of a SINGLE gift apiece.

I got him this little car that dispenses Pez cause he is obsessed with pez, a winter hat, some deodorant, a lint brush, 2 cds, some Christmas boxer briefs and some socks (although the pack is HUGE so I don't know if it will fit), some more random candy.
He doesn't use disposable razors, but if he did, I would include that.

Re: I've done no Christmas shopping at all. Have you finished (or started)?
I was done 2 weeks ago.
I didn't have many to buy for this year, and we didn't spend a whole lot, so it was easy.
DH's stocking stuffers are:
Teddy bear ornament dressed in his favorite sports team garb (Patriots)
Box of 20 assorted Godiva truffles (I'll definitely help him with these!)
As per tradition, a Bill Murray movie DVD. This year, it's Stripes. Which I found out yesterday that he's never seen. And he calls himself a Bill Murray fan.
That's all that fits in the stocking. Besides that, I got him 6 pairs of Hugo Boss underwear, 3 pairs of CK socks, a man-organizer, a KC tie, KC cufflinks, and the U2 Zooropa concert DVD.

DH had no place to put his spare change, wedding ring, cufflinks, the nice new watch I bought him for the wedding, collar stays, etc.
So I got him this organizer:
From Macy's
DH is a label snob, so the fact that it's CK is going to give me props too. I got a pair of cufflinks to go along with it also.

Very nice gesture but no way Jose!!!!!!!
I should note that I'm only as far as I am bc DH and I aren't exchanging this year. We're buying a house instead. And I got a lot of 'couple' gifts instead of buying for each person. Plus my OOT brother and his family were done for Thanksgiving since that's when we celebrate Xmas with them.
Plus I'm cheap, you don't want me doing your shopping for you.

My fee is 1 chai tea (venti of course) for each gift I buy. No guarantee anyone will like anything, but I will like all the gifts at least (HAH!)
I am a Christmas freak - I obsess and worry about what to get everyone all year long.
