Advice Needed: Best Place to Gown Shop

Before I actually start gown shopping (I think I'm late on that), I'd like to come to you ladies and ask the people who KNOW.

I don't post much, but I definately read all of the advice everyone gives. Any suggestions on the island or in the city would be appreciated.

Kleinfelds in the City.

I am sticking to Nassau for you...I wasn't a huge fan of Bridal Reflections in Massapequa, I didn't like the girl that helped me and you can't see all the dresses. Lillettes in Baldwin was great.

Definitely go to Lidia's in Copiague...I didn't order my dress yet but I've been shopping around and no matter what I pick out, I want to order it through there. They had the best customer service and it was a beautiful salon out of the ones I've been to so far.

thanks for the long list... I have heard some stories about some of the best shops and some of the worst and I am just trying to give the best places a shot. No need wasting my time...

I am planning on shopping next month--right after the holidays... that should give me enough time, I think.

I got my dress, and BM dresses from Priscilla of Boston.

The customer service is amazing they accomadate me to no end.

They remind ME of things instead of the other way around.

Kleinfelds, Mark Ingram bridal, Reem Acra........but its all personal.
I went to all of these and still couldn't find anything!
I ended up getting it made for me at Angelo Lambrou, down in SoHo

I got my dress at Wedding Salon of Manhasset! They were awesome!
I almost bought a dress at Priscilla of Boston in Roslyn, they were also really great to work with.
Ask for Chrissy, she was so nice!
