Band/Photographer quotes Needed please FM

HI. I am getting married at East Wind (North hampton ballroom) on March 8th, 2008. We will have at least 200 people. Can I please have some price quotes? I am not quite sure how much I should budget for these since I have never planned a wedding before.( I was thinking around 10K for both... please let me know if that is too much or too little!)

Band: We have an extra hour for the reception (I think we are going to do an extra half hour of the cocktail hour and extra half hour at the reception).
.... my dad is also big on percussion so if you have a great percussion section (ie bongs) please FM me.

Photographer: We like a mix of traditional and photojournalism (black/white, color and black and whites with the color added) and those albulms that are not matted (the pictures are on the pages (i don't know what it is called). We have a big wedding party, if that makes a difference. And the ceremony is at 3pm. We would also probably like you to stay after the cake is cut (that is usually when the party really starts!)
