Meadow Club in Port Jefferson

We have been looking around at reception sites and so far we like the Meadow Club in Port Jeff.

Has anyone heard anything about them?
Good or Bad?

Meadow Club is a very nice place. Food is very good, service is very good, place is kept very nice. Plus they are very fairly priced. My only one comment is that they say the rooms hold more than you should put in them. I have heard that from a few friends who have attended weddings there or had their own weddings there. But if you are not looking at a 225+ guest list then it is fine.

We are having our wedding there on August 18th and are very pleased with them. We have had a tasting and the food is wonderful. We were recommended by friends and family after they had been there at least 5 years ago for a christening saying it was good. I have heard nothing but good things about the place.
We are using the large room and it's supposed to hold 250. We invited about 230 and are probably going to have about 200 so the room should be comfortable.

Good friends of ours had their wedding there, and they were very happy with everything. Good luck.

The Meadow CLub is beautiful inside & out and the food is great. It was our second choice for the reception but it was a little too far to travel (we're in queens).

My sister got married there, and it was great. The food was delicious, and the grounds are so pretty in the summertime.

Thank everybody for your input.

My FH and I will hopefully be going to the Meadow Club next weekend to book our reception.

We should have around 100 people and with the room that they showed us (Meadow Room) we should have enough room. They said it holds 100 - 150 people.
