NYC Catering Hall or Restaurant

Hello all,

Happy holidays! I used to post here back when I was getting married and I was hoping you all could help.

I am planning an event in NYC, Sunday afternoon from 2pm-6pm in NYC for 40-60 people. The event would include a cocktail hour and sit down dinner.

Any recommendations for reasonably priced places in NYC in late October.?

Maybe the manhattan penthouse on 5th ave...it has a beautiful view of the city, i know someone who got married there.
