I think most people make those by printing on sheer paper or velum and then wrapping it around any glass candles.

I bought the glass vases from cudge.net

Printed out the wording I wanted in MS Word on one sheet of vellum paper - and wrapped it around, securing the paper w/double-stick tape. I then did the same w/the ribbon around the top and bottom.

I cannot tell you how EASY it was to do! The votive placecards were the biggest PITA b/c of the curvature of the votives....not the case with the vases!

The second picture is my inspiration mine look the same just with a snowflake but I have the instructions if you want them!
