NWR: Any good restaurants in Garden City Area?

Hi Girls!

My birthday is this Sunday and I am looking for a good, fairly cheap (but not a chain!) Restaurant to go out for dinner with a few of my friends!

How is Jonathan's? I was reading mixed reviews...
