I still haven't called a seamstress or picked out shoes...and I cutting it close to have my dress altered? I was thinking of going next week...

LOL, I feel like a lot of people get it done so much sooner!

I think you're okay. You're supposed to have three fittings about 6 to 8 weeks b4 the weddings so the sooner you get it altered the better. Good luck

I think that you are cutting it a little close but can still be okay, just set something up ASAP...I went for my first fitting like 4 weeks before but was told I could have even gone a little later but i didn't want to cut it that close.
