I guess what I really need is advice on how to handle them. When I called my school that had absolutely no problem helping me get the loans, they say they can't advise me on how to handle the pay off. I understand that they don't want any liability for giving me advice on how to handle my finances but, honestly, I really don't "get" the whole thing and could use some help or advisement regarding the pay off. Useless. I hate Hofstra on so many levels I can't even get into it.
