Question for girls who got there veil at Tri County…..

How were you able to see if your dress will match with your veil??? Did you being a pic?? I don’t have a swatch…

I actually didn't bring anything with me. My dress is ivory and I had them show me the ivory swatches and picked the one I thought was closest. When I put it on with my dress it was perfect (but I think the ones on either side would have been perfect also). Your dress isn't the same material so it wont be like matching a black shirt to black pants, its not that much of a science.

I brought a picture of my dress and a close up of the lace because I wanted applications on my veil. I would bring it just in case

Same here. I just kind of knew what my dress color was, picked it out and voila! I never actually 'tested' the veil with the dress either! First time they were put together was on the wedding day!

Hey..I brought both pictures and my swatch. He said it was good I brought pictures so he was able to see how long the veil should be so it didn't cover the back of my dress toooo much!

I bought a picture and swatch, and I then tried veils on where I got my dress took some picts and then showed Barrons what I wanted. My veil was $55 SO EXCITED

I was thinking the same thing. My dress is diamond white and I didn't get a swatch when I ordered it either.

I brought my dress. The whole thing. I;m really anal and wanted to make sure it matched right. But I don;t have a poufy dress, so that made it easier.

I didn't have a swatch either. I had several pics. They are so great there they held my order until me dress came in. I brought it up there today and the color they picked matched exactly. They are very accomadating and will hold it before they place the order because once you place it they don't do returns or exchanges. Just explain your situation.

I brought a swatch but to be honest as long as you get any shade of white for your white dress of ivory for your ivory dress you will be fine. At the bridal salon, they said it is not necessary to have an exact match. Typically, they would just order you a veil under the name white or ivory and it woudl look fine.
