I think the price depends on what you buy and where you buy it. There are people that spend under $100 on wedding bands; other people spend thousands.

mine is almost 1ct of princess and baguette....goes 1/2 way around all channel set. We paid 800$ (but we also got other stuff so i know we got a % off)

obviously, there's a huge range of costs..

simple platinum bands (like we got-pics in album) cost around 800-1400, depending upon the band thickness....

we got ours at tiffany's. Their prices were reasonable, you can ask them to hand engrave the bands, and their customer service is wonderful.

What do you want for your wedding band?

Platinum is much more expensive than gold. Also, plain bands will be less expensive than diamond bands. Even if you just want a plain band, the price will vary based on the weight of the ring.

I want a diamond pave wedding band. Fiance will probably get a simple platinum wedding band.

Depends- mine is a semi eternity and was about 300 and FH's is platinum and huge (size 13 1/2

)and was about 650.

We also hit the Zales outlet at just the right time and got a sale.

I ordered mine from Signed Pieces the Facets Collection. Issac made exactly what I wanted. I got a platinum princess cut channel set band for 1k. I'm pretty sure he can work with you to make what you want.
