Wedding favors ordered

I am worried and mad.... We ordered our favors last night from moments of elegance. I never received a confirmation of the order, and now I go to click on the site to check the status with my password...and some weird error comes up I can't even get into the site! Very Frustrating!


OK, so I still haven't recieved a confirmation yet but I did get into the website and my order does say processed....so looks good...just wanted to let you guys know, didn't wanna badmouth the website if there is no reason too....they had my favors for cheaper than any onther website...

I e-mailed the customer service, and they said it is processed, and should be shipped today. Very friendly customer service people!
Woohoo! Another wedding box to stick the the corner!

That's frustating! A similar situation happened to me and I called the customer service line and it was straightened out very quickly.
Plus- it was nice to talk to a live person that's trying to help you.

did you pay with a credit card? i would cancel the payment with the credit card company until i contact the vendor. Can you even get a number?

I have a 1800 number from when they sent me a welcome letter before I ordered anything. I ma going to call that when I go on my morning break at work today...we'll see what happens..or else I might try to stop payment through my bank

I'm thinking I didn't receive a conf. e-mail because something is wrong with the site..we'll see..
