What are you ladies doing about putting stamps on your reply cards since the price of stamps are going up next month.

Re: June/ July Brides

Well I am sending out my invites before the price increase so I can still use the 39 cent stamp to mail out the invite (I plan on mailing my invites sometime towards the end of April) on my RSVP card I am putting a 39 cent stamp along with a 2 cent stamp since my RSVP date is June 1st.

Re: June/ July Brides

I bought the wedding stamps, which you HAVE to buy together (the 63. cent and 39 cent stamps) and bought 2 cent stamps to put on the RSVP cards.

Re: June/ July Brides

I just put the 39 cent wedding stamp and the 2 cent necklace stamp on the response envelope. I hate the way it looks but oh well - they only see it for a short while before it goes back into the mail to me anyway!

Maybe Im wrong..but I dont understand why both of you had to buy the 2 cent stamp..ur weddings are in June..Robbswifey..urs is June 10th..maybe Im wrong..but Im assuming ur RSVP is around May 10th (again I could be wrong)..and the increase goes up May 14th...so you should need the 2cent..this of course..if your RSVP is before May 14th...

How much are those Forever Stamps???

They are .41 cents...the diff. between the forever stamp and a reg. 41 cent stamp is that no matter how many times there is a stamp increase (if you have the forever stamp) you can always use it..reguardless of the increase..

Well for starters my response is May 18th, so that was after the increase, and I figured some people wont send them back until after the date, wont notice the stamp thing and then it will take forever for the envelopes to get to me when they were already late. I'm sort of a better safe than sorry kinda person, esp when it is only 2 cents
