Here is what happens at the Tea Party -

You meet the head planner James.

[He is a really nice guy, who I oddly met on the train and chatted with for an hour. About half way to the city, I mentioned I was getting married at FH and he was like that's strange - I am in charge of PWP. ]

Anyways, James basically covers all the vendors that PWP sponsors. He plugs them and tells you about the added bonuses you are entitled to if you book with them. He also throws in some funny stories and makes sure you are on track with the planning.

If you have a lot of your planning done already, it is not really necessary to go, BUT you do get yummy food and tea for 'free.'

Thanks ! so far i only have my DJ booked.. so hopefully i will benefit from the tea party!
