Bridal party: Ceremony, reception, and program order?

I'm a little confused about what's the processional/recessional order in the ceremony and reception, and how the party members should be listed in the program.

I have 4 BMs, 4 GMs, 1 best man, and 1 MOH. I've ranked the BMs and GMs in order of 'importance' (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. but they're all important to us, of course). There is no ring bearer or flower girl.

Here's my guess. May I get your feedback?

Ceremony processional
FI, Best Man, and GMs at front

3rd BM

MOH
Me and Dad

Recessional
Me and DH
MOH/best man
1st BM/2nd GM
