For those who are trying to lose weight, has this happened?
So I have seriously stepped up the working out, and the eating right and am glad to say I'm finally loosing weight. So I go shoping for a long line bra and it hits me I've gotten a little flat on top. Well low and behold, I dropped two cup sizes. From 34D to a pathetic 34B. I am seriously bum, try to do something good and this is how my body treats me. urghhhhh. You just can't win.

Re: For those who are trying to lose weight, has this happened?
Yes you do lose some in the cup area, which is why I am waiting till the last minute to buy a bra. Do some chest excersizes to build up the muscle underneath, like peck fly's and stuff, if you can build up the muscle underneath you will go up a bit. HTH

Re: For those who are trying to lose weight, has this happened?
Yes--unfortunately, when you lose weight you lose some cleavage too
Like the above post said, you can do some pectoral exercises that will actually strengthen the muscles there and give it some lift to look a bit bigger. Otherwise, padding or push-ups......

That is my biggest problem too!I need to lose weight everywhere else except for in the boobs!
Within the 1st 2 weeks of dieting & excercise I lost 3 inches in my chest!! WTH! LOL
I need to lose the inches elsewhere at that rate!

Oh, thanks. I do love my dress, but the pic was back in July when I had boobs. Now there's so much room in the chest area, I could but a whole other set of boobs in there.

Re: For those who are trying to lose weight, has this happened?
The same thing happened to me! I've lost 30lbs since last year. I was a 34C and now I'm a 32B.
I'm still trying to lose more weight, especially in the bottom but I have a feeling that I'll soon eventually become an A cup size...

Re: For those who are trying to lose weight, has this happened?
The boobs are the FIRST thing to go when losing weight...aint that a b i tch???I wasn't really trying to lose weight but kicked up my work outs for the past couple of months and when my dress came in it was waaaay too big. I also tend not to eat as much when I am stressing/busy. Be careful and don't lose too much bc I had to spend a pirates ransom on alterations. I also had her sew in some pretty 'thick' cups so it will look like I have something up top

I'm a 34B and there is nothing pathetic about my boobs. They look great. The body has a way of evening itself out. Very large breasts on a skinny frame is usually (not always and god bless 'em) unnatural. We've just been conditioned to think it is normal because of playboy, victoria's secret etc.

Sorry, I really have nothing against 34B boobs (bad choice of words). Its just you get use to something and then get sad when its gone.

That always happens! On z100 this morning they were talking about that with Jessica Simpson - some say implants some say weight gain....
Yet another thing for us women to deal with!

Re: For those who are trying to lose weight, has this happened?
don't worry about it... sure you lose some up on top, but you don't look like it, becuase the rest of you is leaner and slimmer...
but yeah, it's best to hold off with buying the bra until later....
